They created the sets which looked like an authentic science research laboratory, complete with microscopes, test tubes, an actual sink (not working of course) and many more props giving the entire project such an authentic feel. We are so grateful for Mary Lawn who is the Project Leader/ Coordinator, for her organization & vision as she spearheaded this entire project. Benjamin Stadnick, giving his all with his creative carpentry talent. Ben designed and built the Laboratory, with the painting expertise of artists Tessa Roever & Kerri Williams. We are so fortunate to have the devotion of Donna Stadnick who was at the helm of the administration side of the project and her all around support in all aspects of the project. Thank you Lucille Sposato for teaching the children Bible Stories in her little classroom. Then Kelly Celico with her creative talent led the children’s crafts, which gave the campers something to take home for their own memories of the week. Thank you Elynor Lamkins & Sande Bristol for keeping track of the children, checking them in & out each day, and making sure they were where they should be at all times. Joanna Rover for making certain the campers stayed hydrated and had a snack each day. Last but certainly not least, we cannot go without calling out once more Ben Stadnick in his starring role this year as Professor Peter Petri with his wild white “Einstein” wig, lab coat & colorful bow tie, the Professor entertained the children with a clever “experiment” each day to teach the children a “tid bit” of science which always held a biblical twist, tying everything to God. Bravo! Great job Ben!! Along with experiments at Son Sparks Labs, there was always some play acting for the children. This year bringing the Blble stories to life was under the guidance of Jessica Muller. Thank you Jessica for your uninhibited enthusiasm. Then of course there were games, which was also tied in with the camp theme. The games were led by Mike Bovino, which the children had a wonderful time with a hands on approach to “God’s Experiments” . *Also a special thanks to the 23 teen volunteers:

They all did a wonderful job in their group leadership roles, leading in song, dance and games. The young campers truly look up to you as role models. Thank you to all other adult volunteers not mentioned here, and all who donated snacks, we are forever grateful. Without all of these very dedicated individuals this wonderful event would not happen! Once again, THANK YOU MARY LAWN!! God bless you all!
